Obsqura began as a love story for unique jewellery and customised accessories by Erica Sundrop in 2017.  Inspired by the art of upcycling, bold and empowering statement pieces created with black rubber tubes and repurposed leather with raw chunky crystals, scavenged bones and other curious oddities emerged through limited one of a kind collections.

Recently having dived deeper into the art of jewellery with an intention to create long lasting pieces, Obsqura now explores traditional methods in lost wax carving and silver smithing, alchemising one of a kind adornments in high quality metals.

Themes encompassing life cycles, mystic tales, and ancient symbols merge inspiration with tribal and traditional adornment.  Nature, a profound muse, whispers inspiration through wild landscapes imbued with ancient hues and the gift of animal bones awaiting transformation.
